Cécile brings over 15 years of IT security and Customer Success expertise to her role, alongside a strong track record in operational excellence. She joined Open Systems in 2008 after earning a Master of Science (MSc ETH) degree in Computer Science with a focus on Information Security from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) in Zurich. Throughout her career, she has held key positions including Security Engineer, Technical Account Manager, and Key Account Manager, progressively leading larger teams across Switzerland, Germany, and North America. In 2024, Cécile transitioned to the leadership team, where she continues to champion Customer Experience as a core business priority.

Certified as an Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) since 2014, Cécile has further honed her leadership skills through specialized education at the University of St. Gallen, focusing on Women in Leadership. Recently, she completed her Executive EMBA at the University of Zurich, concentrating on Digital Transformation, with international modules at Yale, Stanford, and Hanken University in Helsinki. Her master thesis explored enhancing Customer Experience in B2B settings, reflecting her passion for innovation and customer-centric culture.
