Martin Blecher joined Open Systems in 2018 and took over the position of Head of People & Culture in 2023.

Prior to joining Open Systems, Martin gained significant experience in different HR roles, where he focused on developing and implementing comprehensive HR practices. His mission includes empowering the team by cultivating an environment where team members are supported and inspired to achieve excellence, aligning company strategy with HR practices and legal standards to ensure seamless integration with broader organizational goals, and enhancing employee experience and engagement by fostering a positive and engaging workplace culture.
