Mikael Philipsson leads customer operations with responsibility for the customer lifecycle experience and relationship – from deployment through customer support and 24/7 operations in Mission Control. Prior to joining Open Systems, Mikael served as an Industrial advisor to EQT Partners, a private equity firm with 61B EUR in raised capital. He also served as CEO at IP-Only, an Internet and fiber infrastructure operator in the Nordics, where he spent 18 years building the business (held various technical and commercial senior roles). Mikael has deep expertise in leadership roles in high-growth organizations in the Internet and fiber infrastructure market.
