Thasanee Patklom

In her role of General Counsel at Open Systems, Thasanee Patklom is responsible for the Legal, Compliance & Information Security department of Open Systems Group. As the first lawyer in the group, she established the legal department, and took over compliance and security in 2023.

Before joining Open Systems in 2020, she was General Counsel and Group Data Protection Officer at Zühlke Engineering AG, where she had established the legal department and implemented GDPR for the group.

Thasanee earned her law degree from the University of Basel. She also holds an LL.M in International Business Transaction and Transfer of Technology from the University of Zurich and a CAS in Finance & Accounting for Lawyers from the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Art.
