Platform

One platform. Every function.

Zero-trust access, secure network and autonomous operations in a single, API-first platform. Not a portal stitched over six vendors, one native SASE fabric that runs itself and reports to you.

SASE Experience

The accountable layer.

Level-3 delivery, a quantified ROI, and one portal. Plus a full API for teams who want to build.

One platform, the usual doubts.

What people ask before they put a whole SASE estate on one vendor.

Aren't you just another managed security provider?

No. Open Systems is a product platform company: API-ready, AI-native, channel-ready. The full SASE and SSE stack is available self-serve, with a public API and Terraform on every tier. Managed service is one of three ways to buy the platform, not the whole company.

Is this one platform, or several products behind one portal?

One platform. Secure access, secure network and operations run on the same native SASE fabric, share one policy model and one data plane, and are configured from a single portal. Nothing here is a third-party product with our logo on the login screen, which is why a policy written once applies to a user in a branch office, on the road and in the cloud.

Do I have to buy the whole platform to start?

No. The platform is sold as six capability modules that work on their own: Network Connect, Secure Access, Advanced Security, Threat Defense, Email Security and Secure Access OT. Most customers start with one problem, usually access or the WAN, and add modules as they retire other contracts.

Can I run the platform myself, without your engineers?

Yes. On the Self-serve model you provision sites, write zero-trust policy and drive incidents from your own code, CI/CD or Terraform. Every capability is a documented endpoint, see Developers & API. You can also hand single modules to us and keep the rest, and change that decision per module at renewal.

What is live today, and what is still rolling out?

The badges on this page are honest. ZTNA, Secure Web Gateway, CASB, Advanced Threat Protection, Email Security, the SD-WAN backbone and Mission Control are live and in production with global enterprises. Managed Detection & Response and the AIOps operating model are rolling out. Roadmap capabilities are labelled as roadmap on the Intelligence page, never sold as shipping.

How does this replace the vendors I already run?

Capability by capability, not in one weekend. The platform covers what your incumbent covers, so the migration is a staged parallel run rather than a cutover gamble. See Switch to Open Systems for the capability-by-capability comparison and Migration for the path.
